At Albatross Turkish Properties we want you
to be aware of other 'costs' that are involved after you
have purchased your property in Akbuk or Altinkum. You must keep them
in mind as they will be an addition to the overall cost of your purchase. You
will incure them when purchasing from ANY other estate agent in Turkey.

| After you have bought your property through us, unlike a lot of other
estate agencies, our service does not end there. Free of charge we will: |

Escort you to a reputable furniture outlet to purchase all the new furniture
for your home.

Escort you to a reputable electrical outlet to purchase all your white goods
for your new home.

Escort you to purchase all your curtains/blinds, bedding and towels.

Escort you to buy all the remaining household goods require to furnish your
home.

We will also escort and help you to open a Turkish bank account if required.

We will aim to get any initial problems (snag list) with your property sorted
out before your next visit. All this work will be undertaken by your builder.
The list should be signed by yourself and a member of staff from Albatross when
completed.

We can introduce you to a metal fabricator to make and fit security bars on
windows and doors. He can also provide shelving and an ash box for the inside
of your BBQ.

Assist in the purchase of Air-conditioning units to be fitted in your home.

If your property does not have any water heating system, then we can assist you
in the purchase of either a hot water boiler. Or we can arrange for the
purchase and installation of a solar powered system.

Once purchased, if delivery and installation is required we will arrange for
all of this to be completed in your absence.

For the first year, your after sales service will include free regular checks
to your home, in your absence, against any initial teething problems that may
occur. From weather damage or water pipe problems. Also we will be able to
check that all doors windows and shutters are regularly secured. After which
for a small monthly fee can still be arranged, details of which will be
explained later.
