Management Plan

Not only will we sell you the property of your dreams, and ensure you have the full aftersales package but for a small monthly fee we at Albatross will continue to check on the security of your property. So when you return home you can be rest assured that if any problems do occur here we will be able to rectify them as soon as possible.

Regular Property Checks

After the initial year of checking, which is free, a member of the Albatross team will carry on with these checks to ensure that your investment is always safe and sound. Particularly with winter care, where hazardous weather conditions like heavy downpours, strong winds and storms could damage your home. Keeping a regular eye on both the inside and outside of property is esential this time of year. Any repairs required will be dealt with your full knowledge.

Bill Payment

Checking the monthly utility bills which include your water and electricity, buildings & contents and earthquake insurance can all be paid on your behalf. Making sure that your utility bills wont be cut off for your next visit. Any additional bills that need to be paid can also be arranged. You will then either transfer the money or pay on your next visit.

House Keeping

If you have purchased a property that has just finished construction, it is not normal practice for the builders to clean the property, this is usually left to the new owners themselves. However if you do require a builders clean specifically, then this can be arranged, but prices do vary on size of the property. Prices on request. We can arrange regular spring cleaning before and after each visit. Again prices will vary on your property size. Between £45 - £65 is the usual. With exrta costs on top for washing and ironing your bedding, this will be arround £2 per bed.

Pool Maintenance

We will arrange any pool maintenence If required. That will involve chemical balance, pool cleaned and vacuumed, pump and filters regularly serviced, pool filled at the begining of the season and emptied at the end of the season. Keeping your pool in full working order ready for you or your guests next arrival. The charge for this service is usually arround £80.

Garden Maintenance

Nobody likes to see weeds and overgrown lawns, so for a minimal cost a gardener can be arranged to tend your plants if required. Keeping your garden in good condition.

Transfer to and from the Airport

If you require transportation for you or any guests that want to visit, this also can be arranged. From Bodrum theres a cost of £40 each way for a family of 4, and from Izmir its £50 each way based on a family of 4 sharing.

24 Hr Call Out Number

You will have access to a 24 hour call-out number to assist you or any guest you have staying at your property may any problems occur.

Costs to Join the Scheme

Total cost to join the scheme £25 per month (£20 if paid yearly in advance).
